Anne Celeste Heche is an American actor who was known for playing a wide range of roles in film or television, as well as in theatre. She is best known as the character Lieutenant Sheba in the series 1978-1979 TV series Battlestar Galactica. Lockhart is the daughter of actress June Lockhart and granddaughter of actor Gene Lockhart.
